As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to return unworn items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, email hello@velcore.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. We'll notify you by email when it's done.
Because Collection 001 is a limited, numbered run, exchanges depend on remaining stock. If your size is unavailable, we'll process a refund instead. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering.
If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, in line with your statutory rights.
