These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the VELCORE website and the purchase of VELCORE products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. VELCORE is operated as a registered business in France. Company registration details will be displayed here once finalised.
All products are described as accurately as possible. Collection 001 is produced in limited, numbered runs and is not restocked once sold through. Prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time before an order is confirmed.
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing error. Where an order is cancelled by us, any payment taken will be refunded.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. VELCORE does not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
As a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions in our Returns Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.
All content on this site — including the VELCORE name, logo, designs, text and imagery — is the property of VELCORE and protected by law. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VELCORE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
